YOGA & STORYTELLING RETREATS 2008 This year I’m delighted to be continuing the storytelling program as part of Mouli’s Yogalight retreats on the south coast. Combining the soulful energy of the south coast with a nurturing weekend of yoga, guided meditation, relaxation, storytelling and and many more magical surprises, these retreats are a special space for you. This is your time…a time to nurture yourself, to listen to your inner self…to breathe, to feel free…a time just to be. Mouli is hoping to offer these retreats every month, with the first one being March 14 – 16 at Bawley Point. We’re delighted to returning to our cosy venue which is right next to the beach and forest. Some of the highlights from our 2007 retreat were the welcome from sea eagles and dolphins as we did our yoga on the headland, chocolate orange sunrises, a dip in the ocean after dawn yoga and a candlelit evening of stories and meditative music.
